I had to opportunity to take part into the mentorship program at the Think Tank Training Center in Vancouver.
Alvaro Saravia asked if I could be his mentor over the summer. The goal was to help him create a character, from star to finish, ready for an animated feature pipeline, over the course of 3 months. And by helping, I mean giving him feedback and advices, it's still 100% his work and I was very impressed with his skills overall. Oh and he found the time to model and texture a full set for the final render too, that's impressive!
